How to Register
Cultural activities are open to all ILCF students throughout the year.
Registration information is communicated to students through activity programs, ILCF social media channels, and the student calendar.
- Registration is required to participate in the activities offered.
- Registering for an activity constitutes a commitment to attend and to respect the scheduled times.
- In case of absence, students are asked to inform the Cultural Activities Office by email as soon as possible.
- Paid activities cannot be refunded, except for medical reasons and upon presentation of supporting documentation.

- Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: Closed
- Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Friday: Closed
Opening hours may vary depending on activities organized off campus.
